WOW!!!!!!! What a DARING IDEA by STARBUCKS….I think its great that Starbucks has opened up that forever sealed pandora”s box of “misunderstood” dialog we call RACISM,  BIGOTRY & DISCRIMINATION……being as most of the discrimination we experience is outside of our homes by strangers in the public sector……what sense does it make keeping this “dirty little secret” quiet any longer…….If this ugly topic becomes common POSITIVE conversation  maybe just maybe people will understand more of the  “unlike me experiences” of other people and their cultures, religions and ethnicities,. Social  issues in our AMERICA is a VERY touchy subject, but the conversation has to start  somewhere….I hope other companies and business as well as everyday people will do things of  this same nature to start the dialog to bring  PEACE to our country. THERE’S ALWAYS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS…..KUDOS TO YOU STARBUCKS 🙏✌️👍

The goings on all over the country is becoming very overwhelming…my writing may be all over the place today because I have so much on my brain…..First and foremost  I must say I am neither racist, bigot or hateful….I don’t love black people anymore than I love white people or people I haven’t met…..But I do know what I have been seeing and hearing and this country is operating on total racist practices from the highest level of government to the lowest level of poverty…I can’t imagine this is all because we have an intelligent self-assured black male running the free world….Is America insuring themselves that there will not be another black president for another 100 years….I mean after all Black men have ALWAYS tried to survive in a system that never really wanted them to succeed…

Which brings me to Eric Holder and the Justice Department…..You guys failed the people of Ferguson Missouri and the parents of Michael Brown….Why aren’t you looking into overturning the Michael Brown decision in light of the new findings of how racist and bias practices ruled the Ferguson police department…..are we to believe that these select group of police officers are protected by some RACIST LAW!!!!!!…..THE POLICE OFFICER THAT SHOT MICHAEL BROWN NEEDS TO BE INDICTED!!!….police officers in this country cannot continue to bring their “guns to a fist fight”……Police offices cannot continue this form of GENOCIDE on our young black sons…….I believe in equal rights for everyone ( little delusional with that one )…..violence against is not acceptable under any circumstances and my prayers go out to the police officers and their families that were shot in Ferguson….but lets not let that mask the still existing corruption and racism in the Ferguson Missouri police department….and lets never forget the 4 hours MICHAEL BROWN laid dead on the ground while they clearly created a story to  justify this murder…..I say Ferguson continue your peaceful protest and never give up your voices you will be heard!!!…

And to EVERYONE else around this country we call our home  BLACK LIVES MATTER…….JUSTICE WAKE UP!!!!!!!

I love social media…I love how people, strangers and friends can connect and share everything from recipes to books to the latest fashion statement to the best doctors in town to ways of healing mild illness’…What a wonderful thing…..then along comes a “HATER” people who criticize…volunteer their negative comments and opinions…Who cares….those types of comments aren’t welcome….that is not why social media came to be….So my challenge is for those of you who are on social media if you read or see something negative delete that  person from your friend list and just ignore the comment….I purged my FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM  friend list in the beginning of the year…..Now I’m not saying that people aren’t entitled to their own opinions “agree to disagree” but there is a respectable way to do it….So you social media creeps tone it down…..NOBODY’S  LISTENING!!!!!!!…..

I hope EVERY BODY in AMERICA watched the speech that President Barak Obama gave on The Edmund Pettus Bridge today Honoring the 50th anniversary of BLOODY SUNDAY and the People who were beaten for our FREEDOMS in AMERICA……It was truly the beginning of a new American mindset if anyone was listening…..Our President really embodies the American Spirit……When we lose this President we are going to lose a bright future for America….His speech was a letter to young American Black Men letting them know that you are never too young to embark on the FREEDOM RIDE…Martin Luther King was in his twenties when he started fighting for the freedoms of black people… He was 39 when he was murdered for the fight ……..Barak Obama sets the standard for what young black men can be in this country today and the standard is high but clearly not  unattainable…..Although the work is no where near done the torch is ready to be passed …..STAND UP YOUNG BLACK MEN and do the work…LET GO OF THE CYNISM WE HAVE REGARDING AMERICA…….DO NOT LET THE PAIN OF THE PAST HAVE THE LAST WORD!!!!!!!…..

Having said that I do have a question why is it that in this day and era  does “the voting rights act” have to be renewed into law every few years…….Not sure of that one…..Does white america have to renew their voting rights???????…..So I say to my Black Brothers & Sisters TIME TO CROSS A BRIDGE……..

Why IS everything so expensive????….When it’s so cheap to make…Yes I own computers..cell phones..and at least one of just about every type of techie item..Yes I have fallen victim to the indoctrinated belief that one cannot survive without these things and more…But why are they so expensive when they are made outside of the USA by cheap labor and brought back into the USA and sold for hundreds of dollars and we buy it….WHY ARE THESE ITEMS SO EXPENSIVE????….Yes I admit I own a couple of (supposedly) high-end designer bags and shoes, I know for a fact this items cost next to nothing to produce and nothing to design but yet the cheapest GUCCI bag is about 1400…..WHAT THE HELL FOR!!!!!….but yet we buy, because of the indoctrinated belief that carrying a high-end bag and wearing high-end shoes some how makes us a better or more important person…..We don’t buy these item just for ourselves we buy them for other people to see and know we can have them..right!!!!….Personally I have come to know that a lesser known good leather bag or shoes or computer or camera or cell phone works just same or just as good as the overly expensive ones…YES I’M A CLOSET APPLE GIRL I must be honest….I’m putting myself to a challenge ( I must tell you I’ve failed at this before ) No new high-end expensive techie items or high-end designer junk for 5 years……..I don’t  I need it anymore.  I HAVE ENOUGH!!!!!…..Instead I’m going to start donating more to charity and those in need…SO IF A DESIGNER WANTS ME TO CARRY HIS OR HER JUNK THEIR GONNA HAVE TO GIVE IT O ME FOR FREE!!!!!

 I’ve mentioned before that I’m a news junkie….but these last few months even for me the news is becoming overwhelming ..everyday all you read about is some form of racism….”THE PRESIDENT LOOKS LIKE A CHIMPANZEE”……”RACIST EMAILS’ sent by people we thought we could trust to run our country and by law enforcement we hire and pay with our too high tax dollars to protect us…….and the constant “UNARMED BLACK MAN KILLED BY POLICE”…..”UNARMED BLACK MAN KILLED BY POLICE”……“UNARMED BLACK MAN KILLED BY POLICE”…..”UNARMED BLACK MAN KILLED BY POLICE”….etc…the beat never changes….so I ask you  DOES RACISM EVER LOSE??????…….I don’t know, I have never  seen it lose. Anybody looking and listening to what is going on in Ferguson Missouri clearly can see and know that the truth isn’t being told so why isn’t our JUSTICE DEPARTMENT taking another look at what happen to Michael Brown clearly there is a cover up…..that entire police department needs to be eradicated….but yet they stay……..America isn’t so great…actually I’m beginning to not like her very much.  Her greatness is STEALING-LYING-CHEATING-WAR-MURDER-AND MAKING THE RICH RICHER!!!!!!!…Not so great when it comes to COMPASSION-EMPATHY-UNITY-EQUALITY…..Let me repeat that one EQUALITY!!!….Our American sociality will always harbor RACISM because when you read THE CONSTITUTION it doesn’t really exclude it…….Until our police….courts….homes…..stores….churches….schools…..offices….PEOPLE collectively change our thought process RACISM WILL NEVER LOSE!!!!!!………..I HATE RACISM!!!!!!!

Another Cop killing of a BLACK man in Los Angeles….first let me say I do not know if this is a racial killing YET…..the jury is still out on that…..I’ll wait until the police camera recording comes out. My guess is the longer LAPD takes to release it, the less in favor it will be for the cops that shot this unarmed homeless man……BUT  what I will say is this, I get that when a police officer gets a  call to a specific location they automatically go into combat mode. Having lived in L.A. I can tell you that when a call comes into BEVERLY HILLS the response isn’t the same as when a call comes in for SKID ROW…..So for skid row LAPD sends 6 officers for one mentally ill homeless man…..I don’t know, maybe I don’t understand because I’m not a cop but I would think that the police who responded to the call would automatically approach the situation with SENSITIVITY AS WELL AS CAUTION….It seems like they knew this man was mentally ill as many homeless people are……In viewing the tape on the news it seems the man was out of control but there were 6 officers on the scene for this one man……aren’t cops trained for these type of situations….then supposedly the man TRIED to grab the cops gun …….DID IT REQUIRE SIX BULLETS to stop this man…I’ve said this before in a previous posting “if a cop needs to shoot at someone that’s not shooting at them why don’t they shoot to maim” The dictionary definition of the word MAIM is TO DEPRIVE OF THE USE OF SOME PART OF THE BODY BY WOUNDING OR THE LIKE”.  If more SENSITIVITY TRAINING were included in police training I believe there would be less police killing….ESPECIALLY BLACK MEN AND THE MENTALLY ILL….Every time a person is shot and killed by a police officer its like Deja vu….you know all the court stuff thats gonna happen….. all the charges that will be brought and dropped….all the lawsuits filed and lost…..and then the story will fade way until the next POLICE SHOOTING OF A UNARMED BLACK MAN

Benjamin Netanyahu should not be allowed to come into the United States Of America and politic…He is afraid of losing in his own country and has conspired with the conniving House Speaker Boehner to come into the U.S.A. and speak to our congress without consulting the Leader of the Free World…..HOW DARE YOU!!!!! HOW LONG ARE WE GOING TO PUBLICLY DISRESPECT THE PRESIDENT OF THE USA……We are the only country on PLANET EARTH that sooooo disrespects and disregards the country’s leader,,,,,Reasons  like this is why this world is soooo unrest right now….I declare to you President Barak Obama DO NOT ALLOW THIS PRIME MINISTER OF ANOTHER COUNTRY COME HERE TOMORROW AND SPEAK….HE IS SPEAKING WITH ULTERIOR MOTIVES…..He’s had years to sit down with President Obama about disarming Iran…  so why this week two weeks before his own election……..Hmmmm yeah right……

Peace In A Peace-Less World.

The world is at such an unrest right…..More than I have ever seen in my entire life…What happened to the PEACEFUL WORLD…..I have traveled a lot in my life and I can remember a time when Switzerland was considered neutral country…nothing happened there…..I’ve been to Switzerland many times have walked the streets of Geneva & Zurich till VERY late in the evening and not remotely thought of anything happening….Copenhagen was voted one of the top ten most peaceful places on earth…I certainly felt the same way when I was there…and many other places as well..WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!!!…..Who and What is to blame????? Why are people so angry and what can we do for each other to change things . At this point I am gamed to become a part of anything that brings peace to the worlds shores….Are the radical terrorist winning, are the radicals winning…have they set the tone for how we live….What about the people next door who isn’t a terrorist or the father who kills his kids what is the excuse for these crimes….What tone was set for them and by whom?????…Am I frightened…..not yet…but I do travel with much more awareness and caution…..but I still travel all around the world…..I also believe that there are far more good people on this earth than people that do harm…..that’s what keeps me PEACEFUL IS A PEACE-LESS WORLD

So I say today 1March2015  I want to be a ADVOCATE…..A ADVOCATE FOR PEACE!!!!!…..ANYBODY WANT TO JOIN!!!! EVERYBODY & ANYBODY CAN JOIN….ABSOLUTELY no criteria just be HUMAN & PEACEFUL & RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS…..lets see how far we can connect this chain……..I DECLARE MY PEACEFULNESS
